Regal Care at Taunton is seeking a dynamic, experienced Director of Nursing to lead our team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of nursing care delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and resident satisfaction.

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care
• Foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth and development

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility
• 3 to 5 years RN experience required
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate care to residents and families
• LTC experience required and SNF experience in nursing required
