People, Incorporated is a human service agency serving the Southcoast community. Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to provide care in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm.

LPN Part/Full Time $34.75 / Hourly |

- Per Diem $30.50 / Hourly

RN Part/Full Time $41.25 / Hourly |
RN
- Per Diem $38.00 / Hourly

LPN WEEKEND WARRIOR $40.25

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de‑escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years thereafter.
