We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a dedicated Internal Medicine practice.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing comprehensive, longitudinal care for a panel of patients, including examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and care plan supervision.
- Managing patients with acute and chronic conditions, adjusting treatment regimens, and coordinating with specialists.
- Partnering with patients and families to ensure effective care management.
- Offering consultation for hospitalized patients within the panel.
- Providing direction and support to staff to ensure departmental efficiency.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Masters preferred).
- Licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
- National Board Certification.
- Active or ability to obtain Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration and DEA licensure.
- Maintains BLS certification and relevant professional credentials.
- 2+ years of APC experience.
