UMass Med School seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide comprehensive behavioral health care to adult patients in inpatient or outpatient settings. The role covers assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing medication management by a PMHNP-BC, under physician supervision.
The PMHNP will collaborate with the care team, monitor outcomes, participate in performance improvement, and support transitions of care from hospital to community.
