As a Manufacturing Quality Specialist, you will drive excellence in production standards by overseeing rigorous testing protocols and process optimization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our wire and cable products meet stringent industry benchmarks while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the facility.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our wire and cable products meet stringent industry benchmarks while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the facility.
Responsibilities- Design and implement robust quality management systems to ensure consistent product excellence and operational efficiency.
- Oversee compliance documentation for UL, ETL, and CSA standards to maintain regulatory integrity.
- Analyze process capability data and statistical trends to proactively identify areas for performance enhancement.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing corrective actions and investigating customer-reported product issues.
- Manage the qualification and calibration of inspection and measurement equipment to ensure precise data collection.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to conduct audits and resolve material quality concerns.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives that streamline manufacturing workflows and reduce waste.
- Serve as an internal auditor to uphold the standards of the Quality Management System.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience within a manufacturing quality or engineering capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply industry-specific quality standards.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical process control and data-driven problem solving.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) designation.
- Prior experience in wire, cable, or metallurgy-related manufacturing environments.
- Background in conducting formal quality system audits.
