Overview
Description: Responsible for incoming and outgoing point of sale (POS) products by accurately logging packages and communicating effectively and timely with the appropriate departments.
Key Accountabilities- Manages daily log of incoming and outgoing POS (approx. 2800 items of inventory)
- Log incoming POS upon arrival into Permatrak
- Identify the location to store within the allocated POS space
- Assemble new displays upon arrival, take photo and log into Perma Trak
- Update Perma Trak POS Inventory log on a weekly basis based on daily inventory logs
- Receive and deliver various packages daily for office personnel
- Respond to sales reps/managers/merchandisers/portfolio managers emails daily asking for specific POS to be set aside (approx. 8500 sales requests per year)
- Manage Flow POS area for on premise and beer
- Support and engage in all beer POS area activities as needed
- Coordinate with Merchandising Managers for regular POS Trash Mondays
- Work with all inbound delivery drivers;
Fed Ex, UPS and more for supplier deliveries - Coordinate and communicate weekly Chicopee and CT transfer deliveries
- Manage, maintain, schedule and deliver special event equipment
- Keep the POS office and surrounding area neat, clean, and organized
- Other tasks as assigned
- High School Diploma required
- Experience with forklifts preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and strong attention to detail
- Will be required to lift objects weighing up to 45 pounds
- Work requires moderate concentration to effectively execute varied tasks with some level of complexity
- Works in a normal warehouse environment
