The Sullivan Tire Retail Resource Center in Taunton, MA is looking for a new team member! If you are interested in joining a dynamic, employee‑owned company, we would love to hear from you.
Our Retail Resource Center is one of the major lifelines for our company, assisting the 80+ retail stores with scheduling appointments, and providing tires and service. Every day is filled with new challenges that keep you engaged, including logistics, problem‑solving, and product purchasing. We pride ourselves on honesty, accuracy, and delivering!
Responsibilities- Work directly with our retail locations to book appointments for tires and services
- Answer incoming phone calls while providing high‑quality customer service
- Handle a high volume of internet communications, including e‑mails and live chats
- Develop and maintain effective sales practices
- Handle customer questions and concerns in a quick and effective manner
- Build and maintain relationships with team members, co‑workers from other divisions, and customers
- Constantly strive to find new and inventive ways to improve the company
- Take on new and innovative projects outside standard responsibilities when the opportunity or need arises
- Strong customer service focus
- Creative, open‑minded, and resourceful
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and determined
- Active listening skills
- Maintain a flexible schedule (some weekends required)
- Tire/automotive knowledge preferred
- Strong written & oral communication skills and grammar
- Punctual
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
