Director of Beverage Development & Education (Excel) Description The
Director of Beverage Development and Education will be responsible for
developing Martignetti Companies' beverage share and visibility by
enhancing our customers? beverage programs with company brands.
Martignetti Companies will provide better brands, more knowledgeable
sales people and better drinks as dictated by industry trends; leading
to better menus with a higher percentage representation of our brands.
Key Accountabilities:Achieving the on-premise fiscal year sales and gross profit goals. Increasing Martignetti overall menu share and assisting sales to deliver company KPIS & bonus Curate & Document 100+ Profitable Beverage Programs a year our Consult Process in the Spirits Training Center, documented through Go Spot Management of Capabilities Training and Product Knowledge for Martignetti Sales Employees Creation and Management of Educational resources, CSS prep for on-premise sales force Remain Active with the National network of Beverage experts Support and train similarly across New England Markets with positive impact against all sales personnel.
Beverage Creation Develop drink strategies for our top customers integrating sales driven KPIS Approach as a consultation for customers to create better spirits programs with their teams Work with salespeople to develop and identify menu and training opportunities Flexibility and presence to meet customers where they are while developing easily applied beverage ideas for key brand initiatives Work with local and National organizations to further Martignetti Brands acceptability with key gatekeepers Training and developing Product Knowledge Lead the Spirit Certification Process for the on & off premise divisions Conduct Spirits Trainings for sales force and customers Implement monthly Focus Brand Training with sales to continue Spirits Education Application at the point of sale Be Proactive with strategic training opportunities for TBA Requirements
Excellent communication skills and leadership skills. Strong selling and presentation skills with excellent people/diplomacy skills. Establish and maintain solid customer relationships. Technology skills to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook. Attention to detail and timely reporting.
Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 Bonus:
Eligible to earn up to a 10% Incentive Bonus annually Benefits:
