Retail Marketing Associate

ARS/Rescue Rooter, a national leader in residential and light commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is seeking a Retail Marketing Associate to drive local lead generation. In this field-based role, you'll represent our brand in home-improvement and retail locations, setting up displays, engaging customers, and promoting construction-related services. You'll qualify leads, schedule appointments, and track results while partnering closely with sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Represent ARS/Rescue Rooter at retail and home-improvement locations to promote HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
• Set up and maintain branded displays, event materials, and promotional booths in assigned stores.
• Engage shoppers, explain service offerings, and qualify potential customers for residential and light commercial projects.
• Capture customer information accurately and schedule in-home appointments for the sales and service teams.
• Track leads, conversions, and event performance using company tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with local operations and sales leaders to align marketing efforts with capacity and seasonal demand.
• Follow all safety protocols and store policies while working in construction-adjacent and retail environments.
• Support special events, local campaigns, and community outreach to increase brand visibility.
