Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response guidelines at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or unauthorized activity;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to offices, labs, and other restricted areas;
Support day-to-day site operations by reporting hazards, assisting with directions and basic inquiries, and completing required logs and incident reports in a timely manner
