• Collaborate with Clients: Understand fencing requirements and communicate to determine the best materials and designs.
• Prepare and Measure Sites: Inspect properties, measure dimensions, and calculate material needs for each project.
• Install with Precision: Trim, adjust, and secure fence sections, join and weld materials, and ensure installations are accurate and safe.
• Handle Site Preparation: Clear debris, dig holes, and pour concrete to create solid, long‑lasting foundations.
• Ensure Quality: Examine completed fences to ensure proper installation and durability.

• Experience in construction, carpentry, or a similar trade.
• Knowledge of fencing tools, equipment, and materials.
• Strong communication and organization skills to collaborate with clients and teammates.
• Physical strength and adaptability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet safety and quality standards.
• A high school diploma or GED, along with relevant training or licensing for fence installation.
