Community Counseling of Bristol County is seeking a full‑time skilled maintenance technician to assist in maintaining several residential and commercial properties in southeastern Massachusetts. The technician will proactively identify issues and fix them before they become major problems.
Responsibilities include:- General maintenance in both commercial and residential settings.
- Painting and light carpentry.
- Experience in plumbing and/or electrical a plus.
- Move office equipment and household items as needed.
- Perform occasional weekend or after‑hours projects.
- Must possess own vehicle (pickup or SUV preferred).
- Compensation based on skill set.
- Benefits include health insurance, 403(b) retirement contributions, vacations, and travel reimbursement.
Experience in property maintenance is required; plumbing and/or electrical experience is a plus. Must possess own vehicle (pickup or SUV preferred). We provide training for candidates with good organizational, written and verbal communication skills, and computer competency. Strong time‑management skills are essential.
