Lead Fire Alarm Technician (New England)
Looking for a step up into a leadership role with a stable, long-standing company?
What you’ll do:- Lead installation, programming, and maintenance of fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot control panels, devices, and system issues
- Oversee field technicians and mentor junior team members
- Ensure compliance with NFPA and local codes
- Travel throughout Southern New England
- 5+ years of fire alarm experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead and work independently
- Electrical license (MA, RI, NH preferred)
- Solid communication & customer-facing skill
