Residential Supervisor

We are looking for a Residential Supervisor who can bring an energetic and positive approach to helping youths in a dynamic team environment. This role is part of Cohannet Academy, an intensive residential treatment program for adolescents that offers 24‑hour comprehensive care and on‑site schooling.

$22.50 to $33.00 per hour. Overtime may be required due to the nature of the work. The range is subject to change based on experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications.

• Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures on site and during on‑call coverage.
• Provide training and supervision to Residential Counselors, supporting their professional development.
• Support all efforts to ensure the safety and well‑being of students.
• Assist staff and programming using knowledge of Cohannet's Residential Department policies and procedures.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in a residential program or mental health facility.
• Supervisory experience in a mental health facility.
• Valid driver’s license (transporting students required).
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as needed.
• Ability to provide physical interventions and verbal de‑escalations to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
