Residential Supervisor
We are looking for a Residential Supervisor who can bring an energetic and positive approach to helping youths in a dynamic team environment. This role is part of Cohannet Academy, an intensive residential treatment program for adolescents that offers 24‑hour comprehensive care and on‑site schooling.
Compensation$22.50 to $33.00 per hour. Overtime may be required due to the nature of the work. The range is subject to change based on experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures on site and during on‑call coverage.
- Provide training and supervision to Residential Counselors, supporting their professional development.
- Support all efforts to ensure the safety and well‑being of students.
- Assist staff and programming using knowledge of Cohannet's Residential Department policies and procedures.
- Work in a respectful, collaborative environment where employees are valued.
- $2,000 bilingual bonus for new hires who speak a second language fluently.
- Reimbursement for registration costs and annual fees for professional licenses such as LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, RN, and more.

- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Experience in a residential program or mental health facility.
- Supervisory experience in a mental health facility.
- Valid driver’s license (transporting students required).
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as needed.
- Ability to provide physical interventions and verbal de‑escalations to create a safe therapeutic environment.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
