Dispatcher - Last Mile

Department: Operations - Last Mile

Location: Taunton, MA

Compensation: $22.25 / hour

• Communicate with drivers and installers to ensure timely delivery to Fidelitone Last Mile customers.
• Verify accurate staging, delivery, and removal of freight with schedulers and warehouse personnel.
• Sort and prepare all delivery paperwork.
• Operate Fidelitone routing software for effective communication with drivers.
• Assist drivers and customers to problem‑solve and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate incidents or accidents to Corporate Safety team and Operations staff.
• Notify customers and clients of canceled or rescheduled deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Dispatching, Transportation, Engineering, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
• Working knowledge of DOT and Hours‑of‑Service regulations.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of management, peers, and clients.
• Excellent problem‑solving, task prioritization, follow‑up, and customer service skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior dispatch experience is a plus.
