Custodian - 2nd Shift

Overview

Custodian position at Gordon Food Service – Dry Goods Distribution Center.

Location:

630 John Hancock Rd, Taunton, MA. Pay starts at $20.52/hour (includes a $1.00 second shift premium) plus performance incentives.

Work schedule:

Sunday – Thursday with Friday and Saturdays off. Second shift: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM.

• Maintain buildings to ensure clean, organized operations.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and empty trash; clear snow and maintain landscaping as needed.
• Support the warehouse team and contribute to smooth order processing and delivery.
• Work in extreme temperatures in the distribution center (ranging from
  -25°F to 100°F).

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (-25°F to 100°F).
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company information, complete paperwork, and follow instructions).
• Successfully pass a drug test and a background check.
• No experience required — training provided.
