Non-CDL Touch Freight

Trans Force Inc. seeks a Non-CDL touch freight associate to support local transportation and warehousing operations. In this role, you will load and unload freight by hand and with pallet jacks, verify counts and condition, stage and secure freight, and assist drivers with safe, on-time deliveries. You'll follow all safety, DOT-adjacent, and warehouse procedures, maintain clean, organized docks, and complete basic shipment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight by hand and with pallet jacks
• Verify shipment counts, condition, and documentation
• Stage, secure, and organize freight on docks and in trailers
• Assist drivers with safe, timely pickups and deliveries
• Follow all safety, warehouse, and handling procedures
• Inspect freight for damage and report issues promptly
• Maintain clean, orderly dock and warehouse areas
• Use basic warehouse equipment and tools safely
• Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams on schedules
• Complete basic paperwork or digital logs for shipments
