The Phillip Charles Group has been servicing the local metro Detroit area for the past 30 years and has built incredibly strong partnerships with our clients, candidates and employees. We have worked with our current client for the past 15 years and are looking for an Office Administrator for a contract to hire position in Taylor, MI
Monday – Friday: 6:30am - 3pm / 7:30am - 4pm
Pay: $23 - $27
Office Administrator Responsibilities- Administrative tasks, including creating and delivering memos, place supply orders, billing maintenance, processing purchase orders, and sorting and distributing incoming mail.
- Generate and submit invoices, handle collections, process credit payments, credit checks, and apply credit memos.
- Formulate and update spreadsheets
- Schedule and track shipments
- Preferred an associate's or bachelor's degree (or its equivalent)
- Time and Material billing experience
- A track record of accomplishment in office administration
- Excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- A high school degree or its equivalent
