JOB TITLE:

Substitute SecretarySALARY:
Salary based on experience and education level per TCBOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED
A passing score on the WV Competency Test for secretaries.
A passing score on the WV competency Test for accountants is preferred.

General Responsibilities:

Proficiency in computer skills using both hardware and software
Proficiency with computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and graphics
Deal with difficult situations and persons
Such successful experience and training deemed necessary for the performance of assigned duties
Experience with administration, WVEIS software, and word processing skills required
Experience with the West virginia Education Information System (WVEIS)
Perform other duties requested by the Office Administration
