David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the Alterations department and deliver a five-star customer experience in-store. You will welcome customers, schedule fittings, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup while maintaining store standards.
In this part-time role, you’ll work closely with the Alterations team and Store Manager, helping customers feel celebrated and supported throughout their shopping and alteration
