We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Develop and modify CMM programs using MCOSMOS or equivalent software.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications to establish inspection criteria.
- Perform dimensional inspections of parts and assemblies using CMM and other precision measuring tools.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for quality audits.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
- Train and mentor junior staff on CMM operations and best practices.
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in CMM programming and operation.
- Proficiency in PC-DMIS software and understanding of ANSI/ASME, ISO standards.
- Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
In this full-time role, you'll ensure that every product we deliver meets the highest standards of quality and precision. You'll spend your day developing and modifying CMM programs using PC-DMIS software, interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T specifications, and conducting dimensional inspections using advanced tools. You'll document inspection results, collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality challenges, and contribute to process improvements that drive our success.
