We’re looking for a passionate Entertainment Manager to build, lead, and deliver a dynamic entertainment program across Taylor Square’s Kinselas Hotel and Courthouse Hotel
. This role is ideal for someone who understands live entertainment, community culture, and how to create memorable in‑venue experiences. You’ll own everything from weekly DJs and live music through to ticketed events, promoter relationships, and large‑scale activations, while ensuring programs are well planned, well executed, and financially sound.

This full‑time, hands‑on operational role is perfect for someone who thrives on exceeding customer expectations and loves building strong community connections — especially within Sydney’s LGBTQIA+ and broader scene.

• Experience in entertainment programming or live performance venues
• Strong industry network across artists, promoters, and suppliers
• Innovative thinker with strong commercial understanding
• Understanding of required audio‑visual capabilities
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak trading periods as required
• Support attendance at relevant community and industry events
