About the Role:

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This position requires a strategic thinker who can coordinate various project elements, manage resources effectively, and maintain clear communication among stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that all aspects align with organizational goals.

By overseeing project documentation and administration, the Project Manager will facilitate smooth operations and mitigate risks throughout the project life cycle. Ultimately, this role is crucial for delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations while adhering to established deadlines and budgets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management or coordination, with a strong understanding of project life cycle methodologies.
• Knowledge with construction

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Xactimate and other project management software tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, allocate resources, and track project progress.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and change requests, to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Utilize project management software to monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to stay on track.
• Assist other project managers with their daily duties.
• Order materials to job sites, updating projects within our system, driving to job sites to ensure workflow is running smoothly.

Skills:

The required skills in project coordination and planning are essential for the Project Manager to effectively oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Xactimate and other project management software allows for efficient scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time. Strong documentation skills are vital for maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. The ability to navigate the project life cycle enables the Project Manager to anticipate challenges and implement solutions proactively.
