Digital Press Operator

Print Bind Ship is a full service 3PL provider specializing in eCommerce fulfillment, book printing, commercial printing, and more. We have over 60 years in the print and fulfillment business.

eWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining print production machinery to produce high-quality finished products using a state-of-the-art digital press. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital printing, book manufacturing, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for craftsmanship

• Operate and maintain digital press machine
• Ensure high-quality production of printed materia
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Diagnosis and repair of any issues that arise during operation, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient production
• Inspection of finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards
• Follow ALL safety procedures
• Record information about production runs, material usage, cycle times, and any issues encountered

• 2+ years experience in digital printing and book manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for craftsmanship

• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain printing equipment

• Experience with various printing techniques
• Knowledge of color management and print quality standards

Compensation negotiable based on position
