Position Overview
PIC Church in Taylor, Michigan is seeking a full‑time senior pastor to serve and lead our congregation following the retirement of our previous leadership.
ResponsibilitiesProvide spiritual leadership, teach the Word, share the Gospel, shepherd the congregation, and lead missionary efforts.
Qualifications- Formal education and theological background (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Theology/Divinity preferred).
- Agrees with the Baptist Faith & Message.
- Sincere love for the flock, dependence on God and the leading of His Spirit.
- Commitment to the Word of God, desire to share the Gospel and lead lost souls to Christ.
- Possesses leadership and mission‑minded skills.
- Meets qualifications in 1 Peter 5:1‑4, 1 Timothy 3:1‑7, and Titus 1:5‑9.
