Registered Home Care Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Taylor, MI and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalized care in patients' homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to promoting health, managing chronic conditions, and supporting patients and their families through effective communication and clinical expertise.

• Provide direct nursing care and assessments in patients’ homes in Taylor and nearby communities.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous home health care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel within Taylor, MI and surrounding areas.
