Job Overview
Marathon Health is a provider of advanced primary care and related services across the United States. This role offers providers an opportunity to practice relationship‑based medicine with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education.
ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities of the provider include:
- Providing comprehensive, relationship‑based primary care to patients.
- Managing preventive, chronic and acute health issues.
- Utilizing resources such as Up To Date and Rubicon
MD to support clinical decision making. - Participating in regular provider meetings for ongoing learning and collaboration.
Minimum requirements for the Nurse Practitioner and Physician Associate positions:
- Active license and current board certification (ANCC or AANP for NP; NCCPA for PA).
- Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per state regulation.
- Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
- Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
Pay Range: $130,000 – $160,000 per year (actual offer may vary based on location and experience).
