Provide leadership in the restaurant by coaching and training Shift Leaders, Shift Managers, and Team Members to achieve operational excellence.;
Directly perform hands-on operational work to train employees and respond to customer service needs.;
Manage labor, inventory, and supplies and develop the restaurant team.;
Analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllables and take corrective action to meet margins and sales targets.;
Assist RGM in preparing financial plans and staffing, and in performance management.
