Retail Display Installer – Technology
Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.
Schedule: Monday–Friday. Weekends not required, but available if needed.

Overview20 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Responsibilities include installing, updating, and repairing sales floor fixtures and displays as per planograms and client directives.

- Variety of projects and clients
– Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to field services management communications.
- Maintain accurate availability updates.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install, build, and repair displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Submit required forms, images, and surveys before leaving the site.
- Update displays per planograms and client requests.
- Perform break‑fix repairs to keep fixtures functional.
- Participate in early morning installations and team installations of 2+ people, providing feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure task execution.
- Assist team members as needed.
- Submit accurate timecards and resolve reporting anomalies daily.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Complete training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems.
- Be available for weekend assignments as required.
- Your hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends; some early‑morning hours are possible.
- Accept and schedule all jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Follow all directives, executing fully and completely.
- Work closely with the shared services team to achieve goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions for operational efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, and leadership while representing the company.
- Set high standards of behavior, foster positive work environment, and ensure transparent communication.
- Work across all aspects of the company and through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or continually improves upon shared service field KPIs.
- Provide and receive feedback.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible Monday–Friday.
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
- Early morning and late‑night availability as needed.
- Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within rolling 30‑day period.
- Climb ladders up to 10 feet.
- Lift up to 60 lbs safely.
- Kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead.
- Adjust to varying tasks and environments.
- Effective phone, text, and email communication.
- Use smartphone for clock‑in/out, taking/uploading photos, downloading applications, and internet access.
- Respond within 24 hours to field services management consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
- Installation and merchandising experience.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Follow planogram directives.
- Own Android or Apple mobile device for uploads.
- Navigate communication platforms independently.
- Complete all training assignments within designated timeframe.
- Collaborate with team autonomously.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance proof.
