Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit
, and other industry‑leading snacks.

In this role you will represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves, construct promotional displays, and implement DSD Merchandising Steps.

• Carry out in‑store visits, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by your state.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Capable of driving a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations; mileage will be reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift, bend, carry up to 25 lbs, occasionally push or pull over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location:
  Taylor, MI (secondary locations: Southgate, MI).
• Schedule availability:
  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, between 06:00 AM – 08:00 AM.

Hourly compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience.
