Customer Service Representative (CSR)

- Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
- Offer personalized financial services that align with customer lifestyles.
- Enter and maintain customer information in the Point of Sale (POS) system with precision.
- Complete daily call campaigns to grow business.
- Assist in customer account management, collections, and payment processing.
- Perform on‑site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing as required.
- Participate in in‑store and community events.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards.
- Secure the store, manage vault and cash drawer, and follow opening/closing procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay current on product and process changes through ongoing training.
- Execute tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
- Maintain a full‑time work schedule, including regular in‑person attendance and weekends (minimum 40 hours per week).
- Respect changing store hours and schedules as communicated by the recruiter.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Proficient with telephone, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Minimum age 18 (19 in Alabama).
- Completion of a background check in accordance with applicable law.
- Physical ability to remain standing up to 90% of the time, move and transport up to 25 pounds, and operate mechanical controls such as keyboards.
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing.
- Prior cash handling, cash drawer, or vault management experience.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
