Position Overview

Lead Customer Service Representative – Full Time

Location:

23890 Northline Rd, Taylor, Michigan 48180.
Shift Availability:
Days, Evenings, Overnight.

• Greet customers and manage store entrances.
• Operate register, handle cashier duties, and provide purchase suggestions.
• Support food program operations as needed.
• Lead shifts and provide entry‑level management experience.
• Maintain store appearance inside and outside the store.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Assist customers and work with the energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.

• Strong selling skills and ability to provide excellent customer care.
• Effective communication and friendly conversation with customers.
• Ability to work quickly and enjoyably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who can help achieve daily goals.
• Creativity and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership experience – leading a team of employees and entry‑level supervision.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Entry‑level management experience.
• Cashiering or sales associate background.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn.

• Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds (ground to overhead) for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds (ground to waist level) occasionally.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to 1 hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects; eye‑hand coordination required.
• Climb a ladder to retrieve or remove signage or materials.
