Job Summary

$24.09+ Hourly (Pay is $16.40/hr. + $1330/mo. Targeted Commission). Building a rewarding retail career with Comcast Xfinity.

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate, and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and process bill payments in store.
• Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adapt to a full‑time, flexible, variable work schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes, and stand and move around the store constantly.
• Experience:
  
  2–5 years in retail or customer service preferred.

Base Pay: $16.40 per hour. Total Target Compensation: $24.09 per hour (Base Pay + Targeted Commission). Commission and bonus opportunities available.
