Starting wage: $18.00–$20.00. Part‑time flexible hours are available. Earn higher pay through productivity‑based wage increases and a $200 referral bonus.

• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals; earn productivity‑based wage increases.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners or counting tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Open to candidates without a degree, returning to the workforce, or with military experience.
• Access to reliable transportation.

This position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive hand and wrist motions, squatting, kneeling, or crouching, using a ladder, lifting up to 25 lbs., and occasional travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
