Outside Sales Representative

Employer Industry: Payment Technology

• Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to $150,000
• Base salary starting at $40,000 with additional residual income from accounts built
• Monthly and quarterly bonuses for surpassing quotas and achieving stretch goals

• Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the restaurant, retail, and service industries
• Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations both in-person and virtually
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales
• Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline and activity in Atlas and Salesforce

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience
• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
• Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field

• Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• High energy, self-motivated, and competitive nature
