Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description:

Build on your career with a company that has a future. This Rental Management Trainee program is fast‑paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. The program is designed to be completed in 18‑24 months, providing industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop your relationship‑building abilities. You will carve your own career path and promote from within based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Handle sales and process inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
  • Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database.
  • Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
  • Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards.
  • Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies.
  • Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base.
  • Voluntarily serve as an On‑Call Representative as per schedule.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • High energy, self‑motivated, self‑directed, able to focus on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up practices.
  • Common sense and aptitude to learn quickly.
  • Willingness to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program.
  • Computer literate – intermediate level required.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • One (1) year or more of customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.

Compensation
  • Pay Type:

    Salaried
  • Minimum Pay Range: $50,000
  • Maximum Pay Range: $50,000
