The program is designed to be completed in 18‑24 months, providing industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop your relationship‑building abilities. You will carve your own career path and promote from within based on performance.

• Handle sales and process inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
• Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies.
• Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base.
• Voluntarily serve as an On‑Call Representative as per schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Computer literate – intermediate level required.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• One (1) year or more of customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.

• Maximum Pay Range: $50,000
