Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will grow and maintain existing accounts through introducing existing contacts to new offerings. Responsibilities include gathering data and actively listening to prospective and existing clients. To qualify for the Inside Sales Representative, you must have a strong ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone.

Primary Responsibilities and Scope
  • Day-to-day requirements will vary and include taking incoming calls, taking customer dissatisfaction and presenting them with a solution. That includes calls related to service or billing.
  • Representatives will have the ability to work and sell to a variety of customers across the country from varying industries with varied needs.
  • Emailing marketing materials to potential clients and following up to see if content was received and understood.
  • Navigating through customer issue(s) by providing a high a quality customer experience to enhance the relationship and a resolution to their needs has been obtained.
Required Experience
  • 3 years’ experience B2B in an inside sales and/or customer service role is a must. Oil/Fuel experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written, technical and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer skills are necessary including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and with limited management oversight.
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree (Preferred) or related field work experience.
