Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

We work flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).

Our Property Managers have the opportunity to earn performance‑based bonuses.

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability to keep spaces ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Transport or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal clean and free of debris.

• Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for traveling between work locations; mileage reimbursement available.
