Account Manager - Japanese

We are partnering with a global automotive materials manufacturer that is hiring for a Key Account Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of technical sales or key account management experience within the automotive or industrial manufacturing industry
• Fluent in both Japanese and English, with experience supporting Japanese OEM customers
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes such as PPAP and APQP preferred

• Manage and grow strategic OEM customer accounts while developing new business opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Develop account growth strategies and drive profitable sales growth
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, and business reviews
• Coordinate technical projects and customer requirements across multiple regions
• Support project management activities while ensuring customer satisfaction and successful product launches
