Security Officer Part Time Patrol Unit

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support tasks, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or operational issues such as blocked exits, unsecured doors, and high-traffic concerns, then report findings through proper channels;
Support loss prevention and customer experience efforts by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and helping to deter theft, trespassing, and/or disruptive conduct;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or first responders as needed
