As a Service Technician, you play a vital role in delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality vehicles to our customers. Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ASE Certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred:
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience
- B-level technical skills, including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to repair orders and manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment
- Test‑drive vehicles to verify concerns and confirm repairs
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs, timelines, and recommendations
- Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Stay current on new technology, repair procedures, and service standards
