Job DescriptionWe are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our dynamic construction team. Ideal candidates must be physically capable of performing strenuous tasks, lifting 50+ pounds independently, climbing ladders safely, and performing duties in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities- Install doors, windows, cabinets, drywall, and other structures/fixtures
- Complete trim and finish carpentry work to a high standard
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or structures as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
- Follow all safety guidelines and building codes
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials on-site
- Perform residential framing, including walls, floors, and roofs
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from various job sites.
- Ability to follow directions, work independently, and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in residential carpentry, including framing, trim, and finish work.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt on the job.
Monday through Friday (40 hours/week)
Availability for on-call duties as needed.

About the RoleAs a Carpenter in the construction industry, you will play a critical role in shaping and building structural and aesthetic elements of residential and commercial projects across the United States. Your work will involve interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and assembling frameworks to ensure the integrity and safety of buildings. You will be responsible for constructing decks, roofing structures, and performing interior finishing tasks such as painting, all while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with a diverse team of construction professionals. Ultimately, your contributions will directly impact the quality, durability, and visual appeal of the construction projects you work on, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a carpenter in residential or commercial construction.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability in previous roles.
- Experience in deck building and roofing installation.
- Skills in interior painting and finishing.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience on construction sites.
- Certification in OSHA safety standards or equivalent.
- Formal carpentry training or apprenticeship completion.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures such as decks, roofs, and interior elements.
- Perform interior painting and finishing work to enhance the aesthetic quality of projects.
- Lead and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members to address project needs and resolve issues.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability to meet scheduled deadlines and project milestones.
- Apply creative problem-solving skills to overcome construction challenges and improve processes.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
