Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Provide expert‑level service and technical support to ECS clients
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and materials used
- Participate in on‑call rotations and emergency response
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and ECS safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Receive training on controls and automation systems for career advancement
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience required
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and detail‑oriented
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- EPA HVAC Certification (Required)
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
