Starting Pay: $15/hour and up
Are you reliable, hard-working, and ready to get hands-on experience in the HVAC industry? We’re looking for motivated HVAC Laborers to support our experienced crews on a large commercial project. No HVAC license required — just strong work ethic, a basic tool set, and the ability to follow directions and get the job done right.
Responsibilities:- Assist HVAC installers and technicians on-site
- Carry, stage, and install equipment and ductwork
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts safely
- Follow detailed instructions with minimal supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Arrive on time and be ready to work each day
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or roofs
- Reliable transportation to the job site
- Punctual and dependable work ethic
- Safety-conscious mindset
