Commercial Lead HVAC Install Technician

The ideal candidate we are seeking has 4-5 years in professional HVAC service work experience.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair various makes and models of HVAC equipment.
• Refrigerant repairs and compressor replacements.
• Repair and maintain thermostats, air filters, blower fans, belts and bearings.
• Attend training seminars for Carrier products and other brands of equipment.
• Maintain personal tools according to company guidelines.
• Have a commitment to high level of customer service.

• EPA Universal certified.
• Customer service experience with strong people skills.
• Applicants must have a current driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record, must be insurable to drive to and from assigned jobs.
• Able to work in a team atmosphere.
• Former installation and boiler experience.
• Willingness to interface with clients and effectively communicate service/project outcomes and recommendations.

• At least 4-5 years’ experience desired.
• Flexibility with schedule during high volume times, ability to work M-F 7:30am-4:00pm with occasional weekends and on call.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings preferred.
• Acceptable DMV report.
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen
