The Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for supporting all warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
As a secondary responsibility, this position serves as a backup Delivery Driver when business needs require. In this capacity, the employee safely transports and delivers products to customers while complying with all applicable Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). federal, state, and local regulations. The successful candidate must possess a valid DOT-qualified driver's license with a Hazmat endorsement and maintain an acceptable driving record.

- Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain proper stock levels and locations.
- Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Rotate inventory and maintain shelving in an orderly manner.
- Load merchandise safely and securely for customer deliveries and shipments.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse operations as needed.
- Serve as a backup delivery driver by delivering products safely and professionally to customers.
- Ensure customer deliveries meet company quality and service standards.
- Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all DOT regulations and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Perform required vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain all required driver qualifications, certifications, and an acceptable driving record.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with qualifications to operate commercial vehicles in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Current DOT qualification with Hazmat endorsement required.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and excellent customer service.
- Ability to walk and stand on concrete or hard surfaces for periods ranging from 2.5 to 8 hours.
- Regularly lift and carry up to 55 pounds and occasionally lift more than 55 pounds with appropriate assistance or equipment.
- Frequently reach, bend, twist, kneel, squat, climb ladders, and carry products throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings.
- Ability to safely operate company delivery vehicles when assigned.
