We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused Class B driver to operate a truck across the Taylor, MI area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, stable hours, access to some overtime and good benefits. Our vehicle fleet is modern and well‑maintained.

- Safely collect, deliver, and store medical waste containers at customer locations
- Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships
- Operate vehicles safely
- Complete deliveries on schedule, and clearly communicate changes or challenges as they arise
- Load and unload, prioritize and organize truck per schedule and needs
- Manage routes per leadership direction, delivering timely, efficient, and effective service
- Comply with DOT regulations, log hours, and perform roadside inspections
- Perform heavy lifting
- Class B license with Hazmat endorsement, clean MVR, and valid DOT medical card
- Delivery experience within any industry with manual handling (advantageous, not mandatory)
- Willingness to work full-time hours (≈40 hours per week)
- Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
- Pass 7-Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Experience operating a 26-foot box truck or larger
- Flexible, can-do attitude with strong customer focus
- Experience operating large vehicles (up to 26 ft box trucks) safely
- Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
- Confidence in conducting road checks levels 1-3
- Proven longevity in past employment
