Lo Operator

AJM Packaging Corporation is seeking Hi‑Lo Operators in Taylor, MI to operate industrial truck forklift equipment and manage warehouse operations.

• $18.35 per hour to start
• Additional $0.50 per hour for every hire referred, unlimited referrals

• Follow company safety policies and encourage others to do the same.
• Safely operate forklift and/or other machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, and staging products.
• Work cooperatively and productively with supervisors and associates to complete tasks.
• Arrange cartons on pallets considering size, weight, height, etc.
• Load trucks mindful of cubic weight, size and characteristics (e.g., easily crushable).
• Perform receiving, picking and other product handling duties with little supervision.
• Maintain condition of warehouse and work area (free of trash, products in correct location, etc.).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating a sit‑down forklift.
