We are looking for a reliable and energetic Freezer Worker Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely handling frozen goods and operating various types of heavy equipment to support efficient warehouse distribution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in warehouse management and equipment operation. Your work will ensure that products are stored, moved, and shipped accurately and efficiently, helping our team meet daily operational goals.

• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, Hi-Lo, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport frozen products within the warehouse.
• Assist with order picking using various equipment such as pickers and order pickers to fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Manage materials handling tasks including stacking, organizing, and storing goods in designated freezer zones while adhering to safety standards.
• Support shipping and receiving processes by inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, then properly storing items in the freezer area.
• Perform routine equipment repairs or report maintenance needs to ensure all machinery operates smoothly and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations to promote safety for all team members.
• Collaborate with warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and update stock records efficiently.

• Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, Hi-Lo, clamp trucks, or similar heavy equipment in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and order picking procedures.
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair or troubleshooting is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes including load & unload operations, shipping & receiving, and materials handling.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse environments.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement tasks.
• Previous warehouse experience with heavy lifting, pallet jack operation, and cold storage environments preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and safety protocols.
