Essential Job Functions (EJFs)- Attend work on a regular and predictable schedule in accordance with agency leave policy and perform other duties as assigned.
- Open, date, sort, or distribute mail (e.g., incoming/outgoing mail, reports, documents, printouts).
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, such as letters, memos, travel or purchase vouchers, using a computer and software.
- Communicate at a basic level with others (internally or externally) to provide, exchange, or verify information, answer inquiries, address issues, or resolve problems or complaints.
- Maintain records, files, or logs (e.g., administrative, personnel, contract, correspondence, forms, documents, purchasing, case files, tracking logs, file/documents on diskette) including filing, retrieving, or purging.
- Batch forms prior to data entry. Assemble materials into packets. Screen, code or correct, and data-enter documents.
- Be able to work occasional overtime, as required by management, outside of normal hours of operation, which may include weekends when called upon.
- Be able to work in a highly stressful and fast-paced environment, under constant pressure to meet required deadlines.
Skills and Abilities

- Knowledge of computers and internet usage.

Initial Screening Criteria- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience working in a professional customer service environment.
- Thirty (30) hours credit from an accredited college or university OR one (1) year of customer service work experience is preferred.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills preferred.
- Work experience using a computer for inquiry and data entry, preferred.
